Platform User Guide
Everything you need to know to effectively use the iBES Shareholding Analysis Platform.
Overview
The Shareholding Analysis Platform is a specialized tool designed to streamline the process of tracking, sorting, and analyzing company shareholding structures. By automating data processing compared to manual Excel work, we help you transform raw data into actionable insights.
I.
Access & Target Selection
- Log in securely using your authorized credentials.
- Use the selector in the sidebar to choose the Target Company you wish to analyze.
II.
Upload Raw Data
- Navigate to Raw File Uploads.
- Drag and drop your Excel/CSV files. The system will automatically upload them to the secure drive and begin processing.
III.
Automated Processing
Once uploaded, our backend workflows kick in:
- Data Validation
- Shareholder Mapping
- Trend Calculation
IV.
Analysis & Insights
- Go to the Dashboard to view interactive charts.
- Check Mapped Files to download the processed clean data sets for offline use.
